Here's the fast way to get answers to the most common questions:
Fast track management is both a method and a strategy, to be used whenever the issues and obstacles you face stand in the way of what you need to deliver. As a standardized methodology, it focuses on the ways you can save time, optimize capabilities, and deliver required results through prioritization, negotiation, communication and process sizing.
Currently, there are three courses available - the Fast Track Project Toolkit, I.T. Service Strategy Toolkit and Project Committee Toolkit. Each course teaches you how to "fast track" in order to fill a specific management need (managing projects, forming and operating committees, and planning I.T. services). Each course is unique, showing you how to apply fast track management in a specific way, for a specific goal, purpose and outcome.
Each course contains the concepts, steps and tools needed to meet the assigned objective (to teach you a process and give you the means to implement it), delivering lessons, videos, reference materials, templates, infographics, downloadable templates, knowledge tests and more. Course lessons are provided in PDF and/or video format as needed, downloadable templates are provided in Microsoft Office Word format, and downloadable spreadsheets are provided in Microsoft Office Excel format.
It's simple. Pick a course, and register using your email address. Once you complete the registration, including fee payment, you will have access to your own "course user dashboard", where you will be able to see and use all the course contents, and you can track your progress through the entire curriculum. If you enroll in more than one course, you will have access to all the courses you are registered to use via a single sign-on.
Our courses are hosted at thinkific.com, providing you with the best and most reliable online learning experience. Course registration fees can be paid with all major debit and/or credit cards. We use Stripe to process payments, one of the most secure third party payment processors available. Please note, course registrations are single user, and access may not be shared.
Fast Track Manage course content is available to all registered users anytime 24/7, via any internet connected device (desktop, tablet, phone). The courses are self-paced, so you can take as much time as you need to complete all the lessons, view the materials, take the quizzes and download the templates. You can view any content at any time, over and over again as needed.
Yes, you can try out every course when you sign up for the free Starter version. Starter courses give you the opportunity to watch, read and interact with a sub-set of actual Toolkit contents, so you can get your feet wet before you make the full course commitment. Once you are ready for the full course, simply complete the payment process, and you will then have access to all course contents.
Once you register and complete payment for any full Fast Track Manage course you will have unlimited lifetime access to that course and all its contents, including all future additions and updates at no additional cost. We issue updates on a regular basis, and you will be notified whenever course updates and additions are available.
We're sure you will be satisfied with your Fast Track Manage learning experience, but should you not be fully satisfied, we do provide a three (3) day refund policy. Once you make your full Toolkit course payment, you have the right to cancel your registration for a full refund up to three (3) days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation and refund must be made by in writing by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org via email. The request must be made prior to midnight of the third calendar day from the date of purchase. Cancellations can be made without refund at any other time.
Please note that we cannot grant refunds if the course in question has been more than 33% viewed. Any downloads and/or printed lesson and/or reference materials must also be destroyed to qualify for a refund.
