Fast Track Manage Learning collects personally identifying information from users and visitors for the purposes of newsletter sign-up, course registration, course payments, support and related inquiries. Generally, the information collected includes name and e-mail address, as well as credit card information needed to process payment for Course registration. Names, email addresses and related contact information may also be collected and stored to provide Course announcements, marketing and product support. Further, we maintain information and statistics regarding Course progress and completion for each registered user. This information is also used solely to provide support and help us improve and update Course content. With regard to payment processing, Fast Track Manage Learning does not store any credit or debit card details, including card numbers and related transactional information. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, a secure, well respected 3rd party payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Information Usage

Right Track Associates will not sell, exchange, or release any of the information you provide, including name, address, email, statistical data collected regarding User progress and completion of Courses, or any related information. Your information will not be shared with any other third party or company other than for payment processing purposes, or to comply with any lawful judicial orders to disclose collected information.

From time to time, and as needed, we may utilize cookies as needed to facilitate usage of our web site and Courses. These cookies are not used to store information and are erased upon browser shutdown. In addition, we may set 'persistent cookies' to monitor site usage.
