The Courses provided by RTA at the web site contain text, video, PDF files, graphics, illustrations, multimedia, downloads, quizzes, surveys, and related materials (the "Content") and is provided to licensed customers (â€œUsersâ€) upon payment of the designated registration fee. By accessing and using the Courses, you acknowledge and accept that RTA may, from time to time, update, add to, and/or change the Content provided, providing advance notification whenever possible.
RTA uses Stripe, one of the most secure and well respected 3rd party payment processors to accept credit and debit card payments for Course registration. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. By agreeing to this Terms of Service agreement, you also agree to be bound by Stripeâ€™s Terms of Service.
You expressly understand and agree that RTA shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through the use of Fast Track Manage Learning web site and hosted Courses. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You understand that RTA does not have access to nor do we store your card and/or debt card numbers and agree that RTA shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between you and any other party, including Stripe.
You must not process unauthorized or stolen credit and/or cards through Stripe and your Fast Track Manage Learning account.
Upon payment of the registration fee, the licensed user shall be granted single, non-exclusive, non-transferable user access to, and use of, the Content contained in each licensed Course. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Transfer, lend or allow access to the Content by any other person or entity;
- Copy or modify the Content;
- Create derivative works or use the Content for resale or any other commercial or non-authorized purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Post the Content on any social media, video or content sharing blogs and web sites;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any of the Content contained on the web site;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content;
- Share or distribute electronic downloads and/or printed copies of Course content (where allowed) to any individual or entity.
Duly licensed Users shall be restricted from distributing completed forms, documents and spreadsheets (created from Content downloads) for the purposes of completing related management activities, as well as for review, comment and approval. Further, customization of downloadable forms, documents and spreadsheets is allowed, but does not transfer or convey copyright ownership of the original downloaded file and related concepts.
Termination and Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your registration for a full refund up to three (3) days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation and refund must be made by in writing by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org via email. The request must be made prior to midnight of the third calendar day from the date of purchase. Cancellations can be made without refund at any other time.
The Content provided on the web site is provided 'as is'. RTA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. RTA does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Content otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall RTA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the web site and/or Content, even if RTA or an RTA authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Revisions and Errata
From time to time, it is possible that the web site and Content could contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RTA does not warrant that Content is fully error free, complete, or current at any given time. RTA may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. RTA does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Any claim relating to web site and/or Content shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
